About These Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and PRM & Company. They are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and do not require any physical or digital signature.

PRM HerboVilla is the Ayurvedic and herbal wellness division of PRM Pharmaceuticals. Products bought from us on this Website are covered by these Terms; products bought on Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, Meesho or from other sellers are covered by those platforms' terms.

Eligibility & Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Please give accurate and complete details — name, delivery address, pincode, phone number and email — so that we can deliver your order.
• If you create an account, keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, misuse of offers or Cash on Delivery, abusive behaviour, or any breach of these Terms.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

• Our products are Ayurvedic proprietary medicines and herbal wellness products, manufactured under the applicable licences (under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and/or FSSAI, as applicable). Composition, dosage, precautions, batch number and expiry are printed on every pack.
• Always read the label and use the product as directed. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Consult a registered medical practitioner or a qualified Ayurvedic physician (BAMS / MD-Ayurveda) before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are giving the product to a child, are elderly, have a chronic condition (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart, kidney or liver disease), are taking other medicines, or have a planned surgery.
• Check the ingredient list for anything you are allergic to. Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you notice any unusual reaction.
• Ayurvedic products usually work gradually, and results vary from person to person depending on constitution (prakriti), diet, lifestyle and the condition involved. We do not guarantee any specific result.
• Reviews and testimonials describe individual experiences and are not a promise of results.
• Do not use our products as a replacement for prescribed medicines or emergency care, and do not stop any prescribed treatment without speaking to your doctor.
• Keep all products out of the reach of children and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Products, Pricing & Offers

• We try to show every product, ingredient and pack accurately. Packaging, colour or label design may vary between batches; the information printed on the pack you receive prevails.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
• Prices, offers and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details because of a typing or technical error, we may cancel orders for it and refund the full amount you paid.
• Coupons, combo packs and promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Our products are sold for personal use. We may limit quantities and decline orders that appear to be for resale.

Orders & Cancellations

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The confirmation email or SMS you receive acknowledges your order; the sale is concluded when the order is dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order — before or after confirmation — if a product is out of stock, a price or listing is incorrect, your pincode is not serviceable, the address is incomplete, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, any amount you paid is refunded in full to your original payment method.

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. We do not charge cancellation fees. The full cancellation process is explained in our Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Payments

• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet — and EMI where your bank offers it — as shown at checkout.
• We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords; these are handled by Razorpay and your bank.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pincodes and order values, as shown at checkout. We may call or message you to confirm a COD order, and may disable COD for accounts with repeatedly refused deliveries.
• If money is debited but your order is not confirmed, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will help.

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India from Bhavnagar, Gujarat through NimbusPost, our logistics partner, which assigns each order to a courier partner (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart or Xpressbees) depending on your pincode.
• Delivery timelines shown on the Website or at checkout are estimates. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are sent to you by SMS and email.
• Please check the parcel at delivery and refuse it if the outer packaging looks opened, tampered with or damaged.
• Ownership and risk in the products pass to you on delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Report damaged, leaking, wrong, missing or expired items within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
• Unopened products with the seal intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• Refunds for online payments go back to your original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds for COD orders are made to your UPI ID or bank account.

Reviews & Your Content

When you post a review, rating, photo or comment, you confirm that it is genuine and based on your own experience. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Website and in our marketing, with your name or initials.

Please do not post content that is false, misleading, abusive, obscene, defamatory or infringes anyone's rights, or that advises others to stop prescribed treatment. We may moderate, edit for length or remove such content.

Acceptable Use

Use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the Website, or introduce malware;
• copy or scrape content, prices or product data by automated means;
• place fake or fraudulent orders, misuse coupons, or impersonate another person;
• use the Website in any way that breaks Indian law or these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The names PRM and HerboVilla, our product names, logos, label artwork, photographs, text, graphics and the design of this Website belong to PRM & Company or its licensors and are protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-Party Services & Links

Payments are processed by Razorpay, and deliveries are handled by NimbusPost and its courier partners. Their services are also subject to their own terms. Links to marketplaces and other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for harm caused by using a product contrary to its label, dosage directions or medical advice, or despite a known allergy to a declared ingredient.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, government orders or courier network disruptions.
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Communications

We collect and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional messages about it — order, payment, shipping and delivery updates — by SMS, email, WhatsApp or phone. We send promotional messages only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Bhavnagar, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute. We encourage you to contact us first — most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version, and changes apply to orders placed after that date. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Contact & Grievance Redressal

Most questions are resolved by our customer care team within 2 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can write to our Grievance Officer.

The Grievance Officer acknowledges every complaint within 48 hours and resolves it within one month of receipt, as per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Please mention your order number in all communication.
